Santa Cruz Trekking in the Cordillera Blanca
Day 01. Country of origin to Lima (161 masl) Peru – Huaraz (3100 m)
We will wait for you at Jorge Chávez Airport and then transfer you to the bus terminal for your journey to Huaraz (3100 masl), which takes approximately 8 hours. There is also an option to fly from Lima to Anta - Ancash. Daily flights from Lima to Huaraz are at 7:30 am, and Anta to Lima at 9:15 am. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Lima to Anta is at 11:15 am, and Anta to Lima at 1:14 pm.
Huaraz Tours (Acclimatization) – Cordillera Blanca. (Also possible to change for another tour of your choice)
Day 02. Full Day Paron Lake (4250 masl) – Cordillera Blanca Peru
Departure from Huaraz at 8:00 am heading north. Guided by an official tour guide, we visit Carhuaz (city of ice cream), Yungay (Campo Santo), and Caraz (famous for manjar blanco) before reaching Paron Lake. We stay for 3 to 4 hours to enjoy the viewpoint and boat or kayak rides. Return to Huaraz hotel between 6:00 and 7:00 pm.
Day 03. Full Day Rocutoyoc Lake (4450 masl) – Cordillera Blanca Peru
Departure at 6:00 am heading north. We visit the Cashapunta viewpoint with views of the Vicos valley, Ruripaccha waterfall, cave paintings, Rocutuyoc Lake, the frozen lake, and the Ruripaccha glacier (4,650 masl). The tour lasts 9 to 10 hours. Return to Huaraz hotel by 7:00 pm.
Trekking in the Peruvian Andes – Vaquería – Santa Cruz
Day 04. Huaraz (3100 m) – Yuraccoral (3900 m) – Lake 69 (4600 masl)
Pick up from the hotel at 5:30 am for a private transfer to Yuraccoral (3900 m). We begin the hike through the Demanda gorge, passing Lake Consuelo and continuing on a zigzag path to Lake 69. After enjoying the lake and Mount Chacraraju, we descend the same way to the Yuraccoral campsite for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 05. Yuraccoral (3900 m) – Vaqueria – Paria (3900 masl)
After breakfast at 8:00 am, we take a private transfer for 2 hours, crossing the Portachuelo de Llanganuco pass, to Vaqueria. Here, muleteers and donkeys await to transport the equipment. We start the trek to the Paria campsite (3,900 masl).

Day 06. Paria (3900m) - Taullipampa (4250 masl)
We hike through the Huaripampa valley, passing Tsaquicocha and Morococha lakes, up to the Punta Union pass (4,750 masl). From here, Mount Taulliraju (5,830 m) is very close, offering views of the Santa Cruz gorge and Jatuncocha lake. We then descend via a zigzag path to the Taullipampa campsite (4,250 masl).

Day 07. Taullipampa (4250m) - Llamacoral (3760 masl)
We hike through the Santa Cruz valley, ascending to the Alpamayo base camp and Arhuaycocha Lake (4,460 m). After exploring these sites, we descend to the Llamacoral campsite for our final trek dinner and overnight stay.

Day 08. Llamacoral (3760m) - Cashapampa (2900 masl)
Final descent through the Santa Cruz valley alongside the Yurakmayu river to Cashapampa (2,900 masl). A transfer will be waiting to take us back to the hotel in Huaraz.

Day 09. Bus Huaraz – Lima – Hotel
We transfer you from the hotel to the bus terminal. The bus trip to central Lima takes about 9 to 10 hours. Upon arrival, our transport will take you to your hotel in the Miraflores district.
Day 10. Lima flight to country of origin
On your final day in Peru, we transfer you from the hotel to the airport 3 hours before your flight. End of our services.

Booking Conditions
We recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure a better price for you. Prices may vary according to the reservation date and the number of people. After we have reached an agreement on the total expedition price for each program we offer, you may book with a 40% deposit of the total agreed sum for the services.
This reservation will cover the following:
- Securing your spot for the scheduled date.
- Making transfer ticket reservations for Lima - Huaraz / Huaraz - Lima.
- Making hotel reservations for the scheduled dates of your arrival in Lima and Huaraz, according to the itinerary.
- Making reservations for guides, assistants, and/or staff for the scheduled date.

There are 02 rescue units in Huaraz
- National Police Rescue Squadron, based in the city of Yungay (very close to Huascarán mountain). Phone numbers: 043-493292 / 043-493333. They also have 02 helicopters available.
- Casa de Guías Rescue Unit, based in the city of Huaraz (Parque Ginebra s/n). The rescue cost must be budgeted beforehand, and if a helicopter is required, it will also be necessary to pay for the service in advance. Website: agmp.pe
