Trekking in Los Cedros and Alpamayo - Cordillera Blanca
Day 01. Country of origin to Lima (161 masl) Peru – Huaraz (3100 m)
Groups usually arrive in Lima during the day. We will meet you at Jorge Chávez Airport and transfer you to the bus terminal for the journey north to Huaraz (3100 masl), which takes about 8 hours. There is also the option to fly from Lima to Anta - Ancash. Daily flights from Lima to Huaraz are at 7:30 am, and Anta to Lima at 9:15 am. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Lima to Anta is at 11:15 am, and Anta to Lima at 1:14 pm.
Acclimatization in the Peruvian Andes – South America. (Also possible to change for another tour of your choice)
Day 02. Full Day Paron Lake (4250 masl) – Cordillera Blanca Peru
Departure from Huaraz at 8:00 am heading north. We visit Carhuaz (city of ice cream), Yungay (Campo Santo), and Caraz (known for sweets) before heading to Paron Lake. We spend 3 to 4 hours here to climb to the viewpoint and enjoy boat or kayak rides. Return to Huaraz (hotel) between 6:00 and 7:00 pm.
Day 03. Full Day Rocutoyoc Lake (4450 masl) – Cordillera Blanca Peru
Departure at 6:00 am. We visit the Cashapunta viewpoint with views of the Vicos valley and Cordillera Blanca, Ruripaccha waterfall, cave paintings, Rocutuyoc Lake, the frozen lake, and the Ruripaccha glacier (4,650 masl). Return to Huaraz hotel between 6:00 and 7:00 pm.
Day 04. Free Day
This is a rest day to recover energy before starting the main circuit.
Los Cedros Alpamayo Trek – Cordillera Blanca
Day 05. Huaraz (3100) – Vaqueria – Paria (3900 masl)
At 5:00 am, we head to Humacchuco for breakfast, then continue to Vaqueria where muleteers and donkeys wait to transport equipment. We begin the hike to Paria camp (3,900 masl).

Day 06. Paria – Punta Union (4750 masl) – Tuctu (4200 masl)
We hike through the Huaripampa valley, passing Tsaquicocha and Morococha lakes towards the Punta Union pass (4,750 masl). We'll see Mount Taulliraju (5830 masl) and the Santa Cruz valley before returning to Tuctu camp.

Day 07. Tuctu (4200 masl) - Huecruncocha (3850 masl)
Zigzag hike up to the High Pukaraju Pass (4,650 masl) with phenomenal views of Mount Taulliraju. We descend via another zigzag path to Huecruncocha camp.

Day 08. Huecruncocha (3850 masl) – Jancapampa (3700 masl)
Walk through the Quisuar valley plains for 2 hours before ascending to the Tupa Tupa pass (4,400 masl). We descend to Jancapampa, experiencing local agriculture and customs of the Conchucos region.

Day 09. Jancapampa (3700 masl) – Wilca (4150 masl)
Early start through brushwood towards the Yanacon pass (4,600 masl) for views of the Conchucos valley, followed by a descent to Wilca camp.

Day 10. Willca (4200 masl) – Jancarurish (4250 masl)
Hike through the Tayapampa gorge, enjoying the North Face of Alpamayo mountain as we head to the Cara Cara pass (4,800 masl). Descend to Jancarurish camp.

Day 11. Jancarurish (4250 masl) – Jancarurish Lake (4650 masl)
Excursion to Jancarurish Lake to see the iconic pyramidal shape of Alpamayo (5947 masl), often called the most beautiful mountain in the world. Return to the same camp for lunch.

Day 12. Jancarurish (4250 masl) - Osoruri (4,380 masl)
Hike through the Los Cedros Alpamayo gorge, ascending a zigzag path to the Vientunan pass (4,790 masl). We descend to Osoruri, a balcony-style camp with panoramic valley views.

Day 13. Osoruri (4380 masl) – Huishcash (4100 masl)
Cross the Toropishtanan pass (4,850 masl) with views of Santa Cruz peaks and Cullicocha Lake. After a snack break by the lake, we descend to camp.

Day 14. Huishcash (4100 masl) – Hualcayan (3000 masl)– Huaraz - Hotel
A total descent in zigzag towards the village of Hualcayan, where transport awaits to take us back to Huaraz.

Day 15. Transfer Huaraz – Lima – Hotel
Transfer from the hotel to the bus terminal for the return trip to Lima.
Day 16. Lima flight to country of origin
Transfer from hotel to the airport for your international flight. End of our services.

Booking Conditions
We recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure a better price for you. Prices may vary according to the reservation date and the number of people. After we have reached an agreement on the total expedition price for each program we offer, you may book with a 40% deposit of the total agreed sum for the services.
This reservation will cover the following:
- Securing your spot for the scheduled date.
- Making transfer ticket reservations for Lima - Huaraz / Huaraz - Lima.
- Making hotel reservations for the scheduled dates of your arrival in Lima and Huaraz, according to the itinerary.
- Making reservations for guides, assistants, and/or staff for the scheduled date.

There are 02 rescue units in Huaraz
- National Police Rescue Squadron, based in the city of Yungay (very close to Huascarán mountain). Phone numbers: 043-493292 / 043-493333. They also have 02 helicopters available.
- Casa de Guías Rescue Unit, based in the city of Huaraz (Parque Ginebra s/n). The rescue cost must be budgeted beforehand, and if a helicopter is required, it will also be necessary to pay for the service in advance. Website: agmp.pe
